📢 1. Build social community
- Like the example above, invite people to various community group types like Facebook. Brand new customers are more likely to join a group if they think they will receive early access, discounts, or learn more about your product meeting likeminded customers.

🔔 2. SMS subscriber growth
- Most SMS marketing platforms have keyword-driven signup links, or “two-tap” links you can put in emails or on site. On a mobile device, this link should open up their texting app with a prefilled text to subscribe, giving you another high open-rate channel to reach this customer.
- Many customers will sign up for email on your popup, and skip the SMS opt-in when they first visit your site. They haven’t decided to buy yet and they don’t want to get texts. This is why offering a sign up

📸 3. Video UGC collection
- UGC is most often asked for over email, between 10 and 30 days after purchase. It’s no wonder participation is so low! Try something new that’s proven to work.
- Customer content does not have to be an unboxing experience or a live review of product results. Incentivizing for UGC on why the customer bought and then incentivizing further if they post it to socials works incredibly well.
